Office Assistant

The role

Stronachs LLP are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant for our Aberdeen office.  The role will provide support and assistance to our Reception, Secretarial and Messenger teams.  As such it will include a wide variety of duties such as covering reception, preparing and clearing meeting rooms, scanning, copying, filing, basic typing, dealing with phone calls, archiving files, collecting and delivering mail internally, making deliveries externally, sorting and franking mail.  This is a full time position Monday to Friday working 8.30am to 5.15pm with 1 hour 15 minutes lunch break.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with a can do attitude.  A full clean driver licence is essential.  You should be friendly and confident and have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.  You should also be competent with using Microsoft Office applications and have accurate typing skills.
