Natalie Whitfield Associate
Natalie joined Stronachs in 2005 after graduating from the University of Aberdeen with a first class honours degree in Law (with Options in French). She is an Associate in the firm’s corporate department and is involved in all aspects of corporate work including acquisitions and disposals, drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate finance, technology, banking and oil and gas work.
Natalie has assisted with the writing of various chapters for the books entitled “The Technical and Legal Guide to the UK Oil and Gas Industry” (published by Aberlour Press in 2007) and “The Technical and Legal Guide to Global Hydrocarbons” (published by Aberlour Press in 2011).
