To ensure the optimum exposure of your property, details are displayed in our property department, on our website and in our monthly property bulletin which is distributed to major companies and banks in the city.
Full details will also be available in the office, property bulletin and website of Aberdeen Solicitors' Property Centre (ASPC), of which Stronachs is a member.
Our clients are also eligible for favourable advertising rates in the local press.

Communication
Once a property is on the market we monitor activity closely by making follow-up calls to everyone who has viewed a property to find out their opinion and to see if they intend to proceed. Clients receive regular calls to update them on progress.

Property Management System
Our automated database allows us to match your property with appropriate prospective purchasers held on our mailing list. Details of your property will automatically be sent to these people along with viewing arrangements.
If you prefer viewings to be accompanied we are happy to arrange this and can offer times outside of normal office hours if required.
