James Merson has over 30 years experience of advocacy in many different courts, tribunals and arbitrations. He deals with the resolution of a wide range of contentious and litigious matters. He supervises our no win/no fee scheme for accident claims and is a former member of the Law Society of Scotland Personal Injury Panel. He is an ADR Group Accredited Mediator and Mediator for the Aberdeen Sheriff Court Mediation Scheme.
